Running & Mountain Biking Challenge

31 October - 8 November 2009 - Agadir – Morocco

The 11^th COURRIER SUD Challenge (Running & Mountain Biking) will take place in Morocco during November 2009 (Exact dates to be announced soon) – Departing from the city of AGADIR.

The participation is by teams of 4 competitors – Each team can enter: 2 Runners + 2 Bikers + 1 Substitute (optional).

A truly magnificent sporting adventure (the challenge takes place in the Atlas Mountains through to the beautiful Atlantic Beaches).

Running: 15 to 30 Km per day / orienteering

Mountain Biking: 20 to 60 Km per day / orienteering

Run & Bike: 20 to 30 Km Relay
